Do we really need to drink two liters of water?

https:// scienceillustrade.com.au/blog/science/the-myth-that-we-need-to-drink-two-liters-of-water-a-day/

The article was about the importance of water and quantity we need in the day. researchers suggest our body need two liters of fluid per day, rather than two liters of water specifically. However new study suggest that our fluid intake shouldn't be restricted to water alone. According to Spero Tsindo ,lecture people can get their daily fluid intake from fruit, vegetable, juices, and even tea and coffee. According to the National Health And Medical Research Council Australia ,it found that the average of all adult men need three liters and women need two liters of water specifically rather than fluid because water help to flush toxin from the body.  Also, anything containing fluid is going to contribute to hydration. According to Spero, " the best rule of thumb is to drink when you are thirsty" the body will tell us how many liters we need.

Refugees Stopped Seeking Citizenship

Summery

Refugees who had a little or no education stopped seeking citizenship because they feared of failure which was a big issue for them. Also, they felt unwelcome in Australia. But the government announced would review a citizenship test because there were fears the level of English which used in the test had a high level for people who had a little or no education and for people who came from war areas is not fit on all. Finally the government's welcomed to review the test because many people who did the test and failure  they never go again to do the test.

Reflection:

I thin the government should help refugees who had a little or no education by training them and push them to teach the language to be part of this country. Also people must encourage themselves  to learn the language to communicate with all people in this country.

The news article

'That was the most heartbreaking part': Australia's obesity epidemic out of control.

The main idea:

* The obesity has increased double in the past decade (2.7 million to 5.8 million).

*Quarter of Australian children are obese or overweight.

*Obese children and teenager has increased five times than adult.

*Obesity costs the economy a lot of money .

*Government research calls for participate to solve the problem.

Summary.
The National obesity has increased double in the past decade(2.7 million to 5.8 million). According to study quarter of Australian children are obese or overweight. In addition, obese children and teenager has increased five times than adult which makes the children and teenager have more risk to get chronic conditions like type 2 diabetes, asthma and sleep apnoea. Furthermore obesity costs the economy 11.8 billion (5.4 billion in direct health and 6.4 billion in indirect health). The Government research said we must share responsibility to solve this problem because if we can not make control on obesity within decade 40 per cent of Australian will be obese about (8.9 million people).

Reflect.
My opinion, obesity is the greatest risk in our life and we have to educate ourselves and our children about health care to live healthy and be active. Also the government should stop  this epidemic and educate people through advertisements also to reduce the costs annually.
